Job summary

EmblemHealth is seeking a Senior Reputation & Visibility Specialist to lead digital reputation, discoverability, and local presence across platforms. You will act as the SME for digital authority, AI visibility, and emerging trends, partnering with Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience teams to optimize content and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Information Management.
• 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, SEO, local search, reputation management, content strategy, brand management.
• Experience managing online reviews and digital reputation across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple App Store, Google Play.
• Experience managing local listings, business directories, and location-based digital platforms, including Google Business Profile.
• Experience developing governance models, workflows, and standards.
• Experience partnering with content creators, marketers, UX, and business stakeholders to improve digital experiences and discoverability.
• Experience analyzing customer feedback, performance data, search behavior, and market intelligence to translate insights into actions.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SEO, local SEO, content optimization, AI search, GEO, and emerging search technologies (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strengthen information ecosystems influencing how the company is surfaced across search engines and AI-driven experiences.
• Drive digital reputation management strategy and monitor reviews across profiles, app stores, and platforms.
• Develop governance, workflows, and response templates for online review management with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as primary contact for digital presence platforms ensuring accurate brand information across listings and directories.
• Manage digital footprint across Wikipedia, Wikidata, Crunchbase, Google Knowledge Panels, and similar sources.
• Collaborate with Creative, UX, Marketing, Brand, and Communications to identify content opportunities and optimization strategies.
• Monitor trends in search, AI, competition, and industry to bolster brand visibility and discoverability.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting on brand reputation and digital authority.
• Manage relationships with reputation and listings management vendors and plan strategic roadmaps.
