Interdependence is a full-service PR and marketing agency known for building measurable digital reputation programs. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead ORM initiatives across healthcare, tech, finance, and consumer brands.

You will serve as the day-to-day client lead, crafting digital reputation strategies, overseeing content and search suppression efforts, and delivering results across search, reviews, social, and AI search ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital communications and reputation management.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing ORM or SEO programs.
• Strong writing and messaging for executive audiences.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with major ORM tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead client contact on high-touch ORM accounts; maintain relationships.
• Develop digital reputation strategies grounded in search behavior and brand narrative.
• Oversee content optimization and SEO initiatives for search engines and review sites.
• Monitor SERPs and adjust tactics to improve visibility and sentiment.
• Collaborate with SEO writers, designers, and analysts to run multi-channel campaigns.
• Deliver clear reporting and insights to demonstrate impact.
• Coordinate ORM with earned media and executive visibility teams.
• Stay updated on platform changes and AI developments affecting reputation.
• Present findings and strategic roadmaps to senior clients.
