Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Manager, Digital Experience - Reputation to lead our system-wide online reputation strategy across providers, locations, and service lines. You will oversee monitoring of reviews, analytics, and responses to preserve trust and patient-centered care.

In collaboration with Marketing and Communications, you will translate data into actionable insights, ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance, and drive improvements in local search visibility and patient trust signals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, patient experience, or healthcare communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive online reputation strategy.
• Oversee monitoring, analysis, and response to online reviews, ratings, and patient feedback across platforms.
• Own governance and maintenance of provider and location data across systems and platforms.
• Ensure all public-facing responses comply with HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Produce executive-ready reporting and insights translating data into actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve local search visibility and patient trust signals.
