Job summary

Eleanor Health seeks a Reputation & AI Visibility Specialist to own how the organization appears in listings, reviews, AI responses, and external signals. You will coordinate multi-market directory integrity, AI discoverability efforts, and community engagement while ensuring HIPAA compliance and clear escalation paths.

The role is hands-on, data-driven, and impact-focused, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Organic & AI Visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing with local SEO / reputation management experience.
• Hands-on multi-location listing management.
• Experience with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own local presence across markets and manage listings on Google, Apple, and Bing.
• Audit and remediate name, address, and phone consistency across platforms.
• Establish category strategy, service listings, hours, attributes, and profile completeness.
• Design and operate an ethical review generation program with HIPAA privacy protections.
• Respond to reviews with warmth and care, without defensiveness.
• Monitor review volume and sentiment by market for leadership.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on HIPAA / 42 CFR 2 requirements.
• Maintain an escalation process for reputation issues.
• Establish baseline AI visibility and improve AI recommendations.
• Translate AI findings into site improvements with content/SEO teams.
• Track AI citation share and earned media on cadence.
• Engage with recovery communities and organic social where appropriate.
• Earned media distribution to strengthen authority and backlinks.
