Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a Manager, Digital Strategy & Reputation to shape how the organization appears across digital channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8–10 years in strategic communications, digital communications, or corporate/public affairs at a senior level, including experience operating in a complex organization.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports, and leading multi‑channel digital communications strategies with governance and performance accountability.
• Experience overseeing social listening and community management, including escalation protocols and handling high‑visibility situations.
• Experience using analytics and audience insights to evaluate performance and inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise storytelling priorities into cohesive digital execution across social media, the Fairview newsroom/blog and other external digital platforms.
• Establish and maintain digital publishing standards and governance across Fairview’s external digital channels.
• Oversee social listening, community management, and real‑time monitoring with escalation protocols.
• Define and track digital performance measures tied to enterprise outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Senior Communications Specialist, Social Media.
• Partner with media relations, content strategy and other teams to ensure coordinated audience experiences and distribution opportunities.
