Eleanor Health is seeking a hands-on Reputation & AI Visibility Specialist to own local listings, reviews, and AI-driven discoverability across markets. You will partner with content, web, and compliance teams to improve entity signals and ensure accuracy in directories and AI responses.

You will drive multi-market listing integrity, manage a privacy-respecting review program, and monitor AI discoverability to support enrollment and patient access goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing with real depth in local SEO, reputation management, or digital PR.
• Experience building or running a review generation and response program.
• Strong written communication with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Eleanor Health's local listings across markets, including Google Business Profile and Bing Places.
• Audit and remediate name, address, and phone consistency; ensure profile completeness.
• Design and operate a review generation program with patient privacy in mind; respond to reviews with warmth.
• Monitor AI visibility and ensure accurate AI-assisted recommendations for Eleanor Health.
• Lead multi-market listing management and translate findings into concrete website improvements.
