Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Owner to lead the onsite Guest and Team Member experience across Mobile, Web and Enterprise Apps. This role oversees product strategy, planning, definition, delivery and implementation across Global destinations.

You will partner with UX/UI, manage backlogs, write user stories, and align with business transformation. A strong background in Agile, stakeholder engagement and executive communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, Operations or Industrial Engineering preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Experience Design, Industrial Engineering, Technology, Operations or related fields.
• Experience as primary SME or product owner of enterprise applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UX/UI to define experiences based on feature requirements.
• Drive detailed product definition including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support product implementation across Global sites with stakeholders.
