Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Product Management to lead a team of product managers within the Digital Experience group. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and leadership to deliver high-impact digital products and a connected, customer-centric buying journey across Gartner's platforms.

You will set the product vision, drive execution, and develop the team while aligning stakeholders to a single, cohesive strategy.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years' experience as digital product owner or equivalent with 6-10 years' managing product managers.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong focus on great user experience through critical thinking and collaboration.
• Define and improve key performance metrics for the product and platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers within Gartner's digital suite for clients.
• Partner with global stakeholders including senior leaders, engineers, design, and data science to deliver high-value products.
• Drive overarching product vision and strategy across multiple areas to meet business objectives.
• Lead concept sprints to build roadmaps and prioritize features in line with strategy.
• Balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment in portfolio prioritization.
• Use customer insights and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
