Gartner seeks a Sr. Director of Digital Product Management to lead a team of product managers within the Digital Experience (GDX) group.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years’ experience as a digital product owner with strong product mindset, ideally on large-scale SaaS apps or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, setting vision and delivering multi-year roadmaps, backlog prioritization.
• Strong focus on delivering great user experience and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; translate complex dynamics into clear updates for executives and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and partners with engineering, design, data science, and other stakeholders.
• Drive overarching product vision and strategy across multiple product areas to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap; define features aligned with core strategy.
• Prioritize portfolio with customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
• Use customer insights and market data to inform strategic decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Influence executives and align across the organization.
