Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision and measurable outcomes for interaction intelligence.
• Lead the integration of NICE, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce and future channels.
• Define how transcripts, summaries, and AI insights are captured and made available to apps.
• Partner with architecture, data, security, and legal teams on requirements and governance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through discovery, design, development, and delivery.
• Communicate strategy, decisions, and risks to executives and delivery teams.
