Charles Schwab Corporation is hiring a Senior AI & Data Scientist to shape the future of client and employee experiences through advanced analytics, ML, and Generative AI. You will lead a team of AI/DS professionals and partner across business, product, engineering, risk, and operations to define AI roadmaps and deploy scalable, responsible AI solutions.

You will evaluate emerging technologies, influence enterprise AI strategy, and establish governance and MLOps practices while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, or Advanced Analytics
• 3+ years of experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, providing mentorship, code reviews, and guidance on AI/ML best practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environments
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP, and/or Generative AI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks and tools
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering complex initiatives from concept through implementation
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Move high-impact AI/ML solutions from concept to production with scalable practices for governance, MLOps, and responsible AI
