Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy and delivery for interaction intelligence across multiple channels, including NICE, Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce integration. You will shape roadmaps, align stakeholders, and drive adoption while balancing user needs with enterprise capabilities.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities, data governance, and secure, scalable solutions across Schwab’s client-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for interaction intelligence and communication-channel integration.
• Translate needs into prioritized capabilities and delivery plans.
• Balance immediate application needs with reusable enterprise services for multiple products.
• Establish clear product boundaries, ownership, governance, and adoption plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to set priorities, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategy for integrating NICE, Teams, Zoom, and other channels with representative-facing platforms.
• Define scalable approaches for connecting interaction data with consuming applications.
• Coordinate requirements, sequencing, reliability, and operating models with channel owners and engineering.
• Lead AI-powered interaction assistance and data capabilities across platforms.
• Define how transcripts, metadata, summaries, and AI insights are captured, governed, and made available to apps.
• Enable use cases within Salesforce and other platforms while building reusable capabilities for future AI tools.
• Ensure AI quality, transparency, and appropriate human oversight.
• Define adoption metrics and business value measures.
