Job summary

MSD in Rahway, NJ seeks a Senior Specialist for Digital Process & Data Analysis (DPDA) to advance data-driven decisions and digital capability adoption. You will lead requirements, align stakeholders, and implement reporting solutions integrating apps, analytics, and NLP-based bots.

The role emphasizes data literacy, training, and communications to drive user engagement, while ensuring compliance, SOPs, and governance across clinical and operational data to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

Agile methodology, including applying agile practices.
Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience in data visualization and analytics.
Experience designing dashboards/reports for business users.
Strong knowledge of GCP and data governance in clinical/operational contexts.
Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
Familiarity with SDLC and QA processes.

Responsibilities

Solution delivery and data support: gather requirements, document, and deliver high-value technical solutions with adoption focus.
Investigate trends/outliers to identify drivers and test business hypotheses.
Support stakeholder engagement, training, and tool adoption.
Assist data collection for external benchmarking surveys.
Maintain data flow understanding and SOPs for reporting.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
Maintain data dictionaries and change logs; ensure governance consistency.
Learn new technologies and reporting methods.
