Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate into technical deliverables
• Design and deliver dashboards/reports, drive user adoption and training
• Maintain data dictionaries, SOPs, and change logs
• Engage stakeholders to capture needs and translate into specifications
• Ensure data readiness and work with data quality and governance teams
• Support data collection for benchmarking and external surveys
• Apply SDLC and data governance standards in reporting solutions
