Job summary

Merck in Rahway, New Jersey, is seeking a Specialist, Digital Process & Data Analysis (DPDA) to bridge digital capabilities with end users. You will enable adoption of data analytics, facilitate training, and support data literacy across teams using BI tools and reporting solutions.

You will collaborate with product and engineering partners, assist with UAT, data prep, and governance, and translate business needs into clear technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Non-Degree with 4+ years in healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Associate's Degree in CS/Statistics/Pharmacy/Nursing/biologicals with 3+ years experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/Statistics/Pharmacy/Biology or related field with 2+ years experience.
• Advanced degree in CS/Statistics/Pharmacy/Nursing/Biology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-value technical solutions and drive adoption.
• Assist with scoping, requirements, UAT, and change management with partners.
• Aid data prep and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Manage workspace permissions in collaboration with platform owners.
• Document stakeholder needs and translate into clear requirements and deliverables.
