Job summary

Qualifications

• Non-degree with 8+ years in a relevant field or an associate degree plus 7+ years in a relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree+5+ years in a relevant field or advanced degree+2+ years in a relevant field
• Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, and governance
• Familiarity with clinical operations, data management, and QA processes
• Experience delivering training and enablement on data tools and literacy

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical deliverables
• Deliver high-value reporting solutions and ensure organizational adoption
• Develop training and data literacy programs for stakeholders
• Maintain data dictionaries, SOPs, and change logs
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
