Job summary

Merck & Co. in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Specialist, Digital Process & Data Analysis (DPDA) to bridge digital capabilities and end users, enabling adoption of data analytics, BI dashboards, and reporting tools.

You will support solution testing, requirements, UAT, data preparation, and user training, partnering with product and engineering teams to translate needs into actionable deliverables while promoting data literacy and effective storytelling.

Qualifications

Healthcare, life sciences, analytics, operations, or training/enablement experience preferred.
Experience designing and delivering training, enablement materials, or workshops; upskill stakeholders on processes, tools, and data use.
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; facilitates small working sessions and drives follow-through.
Experience applying clinical operations knowledge and/or technical analytics expertise to identify business needs and support the delivery of data, reporting, or digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of high-value technical solutions and adoption.
Support scoping, requirements/user stories, UAT, and change management with product/engineering partners.
Assist with data preparation and basic quality checks to maintain integrity.
Manage sharing, workspace organization, and permissions for own area in partnership with platform owners.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and help translate them into clear requirements and technical deliverables.
Engage in learning new technologies and reporting methods.
