Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or a health care-related discipline AND 5+ years of experience
Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate) in Computer Science, Statistics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or a health care–related discipline AND 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of high-value technical solutions that meet business needs and achieve broad organizational adoption.
Investigate trends and outliers to identify drivers; form and test hypotheses relevant to business questions.
Support stakeholder engagement, training, and data literacy initiatives; assist in adoption of digital tools and insights.
Maintain data dictionaries, SOPs, and change logs to ensure consistency across domains.
Engage with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and technical deliverables.
