Qualifications

• Non-Degree with 4+ years of experience in a relevant field OR Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or a health care-related discipline AND 3+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in same fields AND 2+ years of experience; OR Advanced Degree in same fields with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-value technical solutions that meet business needs and achieve broad organizational adoption; assist with data preparation and basic quality checks; manage sharing, workspace organization, and permissions with platform owners.
• Build/wireframe dashboards in BI tools; interpret trends and communicate key takeaways; perform light data wrangling and quality checks; ensure data integrity and governance.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders; elicit and document needs; work independently and manage risks; drive actions to closure and build cross-functional partnerships.
