Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Process & Data Analysis (DPDA) to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization from Rahway, NJ. You will lead requirements, design reporting solutions, and support adoption of AI-enabled analytics and NLP-based tools.

You will partner with stakeholders, train teams, and build data literacy while ensuring compliance, governance, and business value of digital tools and insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in clinical operations analytics or related field.
• Ability to design and deliver data training and enablement materials.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into technical deliverables.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-value reporting solutions with adoption in mind.
• Engage stakeholders, train users, and support data literacy initiatives.
• Document data readiness, SOPs, and change logs for governance.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and secure access within standards.
