Job summary

Consertus is seeking a high-energy Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in professional services and consulting to lead multiple complex digital initiatives. The role reports to the Digital PMO Manager and focuses on client partnerships, scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management.

The position is fully remote in the United States, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple offices. Strong mentorship for junior PMs and revenue forecasting experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP and/or Agile certification required.
• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams across multiple time zones and countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects in a consulting or client-facing environment, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact.
• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders.
• Conduct agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily scrum.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Provide data-driven status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with technical teams to balance client commitments with delivery.
• Mentor junior Project Managers to uphold delivery standards.
• Support invoicing activities, including timesheet review and billing documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and drive efficient decision-making.
