Job summary

Consertus is seeking a high-energy Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead multiple complex projects across the full lifecycle. This fully remote role supports clients in a consulting environment and reports to the PMO Manager, collaborating with delivery teams and executives to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate drives client partnerships, mentors junior PMs, manages scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and is proficient with Agile, Waterfall,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• PMP and/or Agile certification required.
• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong client-facing experience with partnership and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects in a consulting or client-facing environment, delivering on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong client partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders with transparency.
• Conduct agile ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews).
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts; identify revenue impacts.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams with clear, data-driven status updates.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to balance client commitments with delivery.
• Mentor junior PMs to drive delivery standards and best practices.
• Support invoicing activities and timesheet review.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Facilitate and manage teams in meetings.
