Job summary

Consertus is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead complex digital initiatives in a fully remote U.S. role. You will report to the Digital PMO Manager and drive projects across the full lifecycle, while mentoring junior PMs and delivering strong client satisfaction.

You must manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, conduct agile ceremonies, and collaborate with delivery teams to balance client commitments with delivery execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP and/or Agile certification required
• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong client-facing experience with a focus on partnership and client satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams across multiple time zones and countries

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects in a consulting or client-facing environment, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual and commercial expectations
• Conduct agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, and scrum review sessions
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts; proactively identify and elevate revenue impacts
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, providing data-driven status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to balance client commitments with delivery execution
• Mentor and coach junior Project Managers
• Support invoicing activities, including timesheet review and billing documentation
• Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Facilitate and manage teams in meetings
