Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is hiring a Senior Digital Platform Support Engineer to own the operational support, administration, reliability, and continuous improvement of a Vercel hosting platform for enterprise web apps. This is a full-time role with a remote/hybrid work model across multiple U.S.

offices. You will build the platform’s support model, establish processes and controls, and collaborate with development teams, security, and vendors to ensure high availability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting AEM as a Cloud Service environment and related digital experience platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the Vercel platform as a secure, compliant, and repeatable service offering.
• Document alignment with ITGC and Security Directives; complete artifacts.
• Define service ownership, support model, and operational processes before production.
• Provide governance, deployment support, user access administration, and technical consultation.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration for critical apps.
• Apply monitoring, observability, and automation to improve reliability.
• Train and enable team members to support the platform.
