Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Senior Digital Platform Support Engineer to own the Vercel hosting platform for enterprise apps. This role will build the support model, define governance, and collaborate with development, security, and vendor teams to ensure high availability and scalable performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in senior platforms, strong AWS expertise, and deep AEM Cloud Service experience. Hybrid work options available across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on AWS experience.
• Expertise supporting AEM as a Cloud Service environment and related platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the Vercel platform as a secure, compliant service offering.
• Define service ownership, support model, and operational processes before production.
• Provide governance, deployment support, and access administration.
• Lead incident management, RCAs, and service restoration for critical apps.
• Apply monitoring, observability, and automation to improve reliability.
• Train team members to support the platform.
• Support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) portfolio and related tools.
