Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Sr Personal Loans Strategy Manager to own the Online & Mobile Banking digital lending channel, driving strategy, performance, and end-to-end execution for Personal Loan originations. You’ll manage the roadmap across TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved/Prescreen while pursuing new growth opportunities.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Finance to align cross-functional teams, run experiments, and use data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record owning a scoped area of the business with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own Online & Mobile Banking channel end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, execution for Personal Loan originations.
• Manage channel initiatives across TopUp, Refinance, Pre-Approved/Prescreen and new growth opportunities.
• Apply data to evaluate channel performance and surface insights to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Finance as the accountable owner.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and improve channel performance.
• Drive adoption of AI tools within the channel and scale successful approaches.
• Identify and test new approaches to eligibility, pricing, UX, and personalization.
