Happen Bank in San Francisco is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own complex problems across the personal loans portfolio, from acquisition to funding. You will shape portfolio strategy with senior leaders, framing problems and setting the standard for product craft, while partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

You will drive funnel improvements, validate opportunities through research, and manage a clear backlog and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in regulated consumer fintech environments.
• Continuous product discovery with customer research and evidence-based prioritization.
• Ownership of high-traffic digital products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical orientation and data-driven KPI definition.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Design, and business teams.
• Experience defining experimentation strategy for portfolio domains.
• Ability to articulate strategy and influence senior leadership.
• Proven use of AI tools to elevate product thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in funnel conversion and customer experience using data-driven insights.
• Frame high-value problems and translate signals into strategic opportunities.
• Conduct continuous product discovery with direct research and evidence.
• Develop and manage a clear backlog and roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
