Job summary

Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow campaigns across social media, email, paid search and more. You will drive new lead acquisition and written premium while managing budgets, pacing, and performance reporting.

As part of our in‑house marketing team, you will collaborate with media partners and internal stakeholders to test new platforms, optimize creative, and ensure compliance. A data‑driven, innovative mindset helps you deliver strong ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing, paid search, digital lead generation, or other performance media channels.
• Working knowledge of CAN‑SPAM requirements, email deliverability, HTML, and email creative development.
• Experience working in regulated industries requiring advertising, legal, or compliance review.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Drive profitability growth across media channels and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align investment with media strategy, lead targets, and performance goals.
• Manage paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative and copy testing, budget pacing, performance optimization, and reporting.
• Support the creation and management of social media pages and coordinate timely, compliance‑approved responses to consumer comments, as needed.
• Identify and test new media partners, platforms, audiences, campaign strategies, and opportunities to expand quality lead volume and improve performance.
