Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years experience in a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing with focus on email, SMS, and social media.
• Proven ability to run multi-brand campaigns with measurable results.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey building.
• Experience with social media tools including scheduling and listening.
• HTML/CSS for email templates; analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns for multiple brands; segment audiences and design journeys.
• Develop nurture programs and progressive profiling to improve personalization.
• Run SMS campaigns with targeting, compliance, and delivery optimization.
• Design trigger-based SMS programs for time-sensitive updates.
• Execute organic social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Monitor deliverability and performance; adjust strategies to improve metrics.
• Produce cross-channel dashboards and report insights to stakeholders.
• Lead A/B and multivariate tests; share learnings with teams.
• Explore new channel trends and propose roadmap ideas for tools and automation.
