Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing / Communications – Email, SMS & Organic Social to manage day-to-day channel operations for email, SMS, and organic social within Cox’s enterprise B2B portfolio. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, SMS, and/or social media execution across multiple brands or platforms.
• Proven track record of independently executing complex, multi-brand campaigns with measurable engagement and performance improvements.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup, journey building, audience segmentation, automation, and deliverability management.
• Demonstrated expertise with social media management tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) including content scheduling, community monitoring, and social listening.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS for email template development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools for measuring email, SMS, and social performance; ability to build dashboards and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cross-channel performance data, identify trends, and formulate optimization strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to craft and refine channel content and present performance findings to stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under minimal guidance.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend new strategies without being prompted.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, agencies, and brand stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Email Campaign Execution & Optimization: end-to-end execution for multiple brands and products, including segmentation, journey design, template development, content optimization, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis.
• Design nurture programs for different audience segments and lifecycle stages to drive conversion and retention.
• Implement progressive profiling strategies to enrich contact data for better personalization across email campaigns.
• Execute re-engagement campaigns for inactive subscribers, testing content, subject lines, and send timing to recover engagement.
• Proactively recommend new email strategies, content formats, and automation approaches to improve engagement and align with business objectives.
• Implement deliverability monitoring practices including sender reputation tracking, domain health checks, and ISP feedback loop analysis.
• SMS Campaign Execution & Optimization: manage message creation, audience targeting, compliance, and delivery optimization across brands.
• Coordinate SMS and email orchestration for cross-channel messaging sequences and timing.
• Design trigger-based SMS programs for time-sensitive updates and lifecycle communications.
• Monitor carrier-level delivery performance and resolve issues by carrier to maintain high deliverability.
• Identify new SMS capabilities and translate them into test proposals and implementation plans.
• Organic Social Media Execution & Optimization: run campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content approaches and conduct social listening to inform strategy.
• Coordinate organic content calendars with campaigns, launches and events.
• Report on organic social performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Performance Analytics & Cross-Channel Optimization: monitor across email, SMS, and social channels; build dashboards; run A/B and multivariate tests; socialize findings.
• Identify industry trends and technologies and translate into actionable plans for improvement.
• Contribute to channel-tech roadmap and evaluate new tools for potential adoption.
