Cox Automotive USA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing / Communications to own end-to-end campaigns across email, SMS, and organic social for a broad B2B portfolio. You’ll design journeys, optimize templates, test content, and analyze performance to drive engagement and deliverability.

The role requires strong expertise in email, SMS, and social execution across multiple brands, with collaboration across marketing, analytics, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field, or 8 years’ experience.
• Experience in digital marketing with emphasis on email, SMS, and social across multiple brands.
• Proven track record of independently executing complex, multi-brand campaigns with measurable engagement.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey building and deliverability.
• Experience with social media management tools for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and content scheduling.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS for email templates and troubleshooting.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools measuring cross-channel performance.
• Strong written communication and ability to present performance findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end email campaign execution for multiple brands including segmentation, journey design, testing, deployment, and analysis.
• Design nurture programs and progressive profiling to boost engagement and personalization.
• Execute SMS campaigns with targeting, compliance, and delivery optimization.
• Develop organic social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into channel strategies.
