Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Specialist to manage email, SMS, and organic social campaigns across a broad B2B portfolio. The role requires end-to-end campaign execution, audience strategy, testing, and performance analysis, with collaboration across brands and teams.

You will drive engagement, deliverability, and innovative channel strategies while building cross-functional partnerships to meet business goals. Remote opportunity with ET/Central zone considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years’ experience.
Experience in digital marketing focusing on email, SMS, and social media across multiple brands.
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and deliverability management.
Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with dashboards.
Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

End-to-end email campaigns for multiple brands, including segmentation, journeys, content, QA, deployment and analysis.
Design nurture programs and progressive engagement sequences for different audiences.
Implement progressive profiling to improve personalization.
Run re-engagement campaigns and test subject lines and timing.
Recommend new email strategies and automation approaches.
Monitor deliverability including sender reputation and ISP feedback loop.
Coordinate SMS campaigns, targeting, compliance, and delivery optimization.
Coordinate cross-channel messaging with email for optimal timing.
Design trigger-based SMS programs for time-sensitive updates.
Monitor carrier-level delivery and resolve issues to maintain deliverability.
Develop cross-channel dashboards and conduct A/B/multivariate tests.
Identify trends and contribute to roadmap for channel technologies.
