Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing / Communications to lead email, SMS, and organic social campaigns for a broad B2B portfolio. This role requires independent campaign execution across multiple brands, with a focus on audience strategy, journey design, content optimization, testing and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years in digital marketing or 8+ years in related field.
• Experience with email marketing, SMS, and organic social across multiple brands.
• Proven track record of independently executing complex campaigns with measurable gains.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and audience segmentation.
• Strong HTML/CSS for email template development and troubleshooting.
• Experience measuring cross-channel performance and optimizing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns including segmentation, journeys, templates, QA, deployment and analysis.
• Design nurture programs and progressive profiling to improve personalization.
• Run SMS campaigns with targeting, compliance and delivery optimization.
• Create organic social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Monitor deliverability, identify carrier issues, and propose improvements.
• Develop cross-channel dashboards and socialize findings with stakeholders.
• Lead A/B and multivariate tests across channels and share learnings.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to enhance channel performance.
