Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in digital performance and analytics with 5+ years in related roles.
• Experience building recurring performance reporting and KPIs from scratch.
• Proficiency with digital analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into concise narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across digital marketing experiences.
• Monitor traffic trends, funnel engagement, and account production metrics; translate into insights.
• Develop performance narratives for marketing, product, finance, and leadership audiences.
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews with trends and executive-ready readouts.
• Partner on test-and-learn by defining metrics and translating results into optimizations.
• Identify reporting gaps and develop scalable, repeatable analysis approaches.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity and consistent storytelling.
• Explore AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation and reporting efficiency.
