Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Analytics Associate, Marketing Analytics in the Data & Analytics team within Consumer & Community Banking.

You will turn complex data into actionable insights to guide growth and improve campaign performance through dashboards and ongoing reporting. Responsibilities include delivering analyses across marketing performance, customer behavior, and trends, and communicating results to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with substantial quantitative analysis.
• 4+ years of applied experience using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Experience preparing and integrating large datasets; strong database skills; ability to write/optimize SQL.
• Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and translate findings into business insights.
• Strong communication skills to distill findings for senior leaders and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights.
• Produce accurate analyses across marketing offer performance, trends, campaigns, and subscriber behavior.
• Communicate results clearly to business partners and senior leaders for informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards supporting business functions and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess enterprise trends and impacts on customer behavior.
• Synthesize data into meaningful insights and recommendations to enable action.
• Support growth targets by translating business needs into analytics on key trends.
• Operate with autonomy, manage workstreams, and improve processes.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
