Job summary

You will partner with Marketing, Technology and business leaders to turn client insights into measurable improvements in engagement, conversion and ROI, while scaling experimentation, pilots and vendor partnerships.

This role requires 10+ years in digital performance within financial services and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Formal tracking of digital performance and analytics expertise.
• Proven ability to drive engagement, conversions and ROI across channels.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and modernization of workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global digital client experience strategy.
• Lead optimization and experimentation programs including A/B testing and analytics.
• Own website performance targets and drive data-driven roadmaps.
• Partner with marketing to design high-performing campaign experiences.
• Manage vendor evaluations and pilots with measurable outcomes.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning marketing, analytics and UX.
