Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years in performance marketing or analytics or strategy.
• Experience supporting at least one acquisition channel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze paid search, affiliate marketing, and paid social performance.
• Identify drivers and recommend actions to improve results.
• Track core metrics: conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, approval rate, customer value.
• Monitor trends to surface opportunities and risks.
• Support channel strategy and testing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with agencies on test-and-learn plans and measures.
• Improve measurement, reporting, and attribution; translate analytics into actions.
• Create concise, executive-ready narratives and materials.
