Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or related field within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex business challenges.
• Experience working with large and diverse data sets to develop actionable insights.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives by partnering with product managers and stakeholders to improve performance and outcomes.
• Develop executive presentations and materials communicating performance, opportunities, and market insights.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to support decision-making and priorities.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Create reporting and forecasting tools providing meaningful performance insights.
• Coordinate deliverables with product management, finance, and business teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation with data and technology partners.
