Qualifications

• 5+ years analyzing customer experiences and digital products/usage.
• Proven ability to solve problems with data and translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills across all management levels.
• Experience querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL.
• Experience with digital analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, math, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Data storytelling to craft narratives that drive actions.
• Lead the creation, iteration, reporting, and causal analysis of OKRs.
• Foster data-driven decisions through strategic partnerships and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve Digital CSAT, engagement, and deepen relationships.
• Consult as a subject matter expert in Digital data for the analytics org.
