Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead day-to-day execution and optimization of its digital marketing programs across websites, blogs, and campaigns. The role oversees a team and collaborates with marketing, business development, lawyers and vendors to deliver high-quality digital experiences that support client solutions and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in professional services.
• Demonstrated leadership of digital platforms, SEO strategy and vendor relationships.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams and guiding digital campaigns and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient with marketing tech such as CMS, analytics and creative suites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of digital marketing professionals and drive career development.
• Partner with Content and BD teams to execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day management of CMS, blogs, microsites and campaign tools.
• Standardise processes, workflows and governance across platforms and teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing

9 years digital marketing experience (alternative to degree)
