Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of the firm’s digital programs. You’ll supervise a team of digital marketing professionals and partner with marketing, business development, lawyers and IT to deliver high-quality digital experiences that support business development and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital media, marketing technology, marketing operations, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketing technology is acceptable.
• Proven experience leading digital platforms, SEO strategy and vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members and 1+ year of team management is highly preferred.
• Experience managing digital projects, campaigns and stakeholder relationships in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CMS and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of digital marketing programs, platforms and channels.
• Oversee a team of digital marketing professionals and liaise between marketing, BD, lawyers, technology and external partners.
• Drive operational excellence across websites, blogs and campaign platforms; ensure alignment with firm standards.
• Develop and approve keyword and SEO strategies; maximize site visibility and performance.
• Oversee platforms, analytics, CMS, and tool ecosystems; ensure governance and quality standards.
