Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to lead day-to-day execution and optimization of the firm’s digital programs, platforms and channels. You will manage a team, collaborate with lawyers, BD and IT to deliver high-quality digital experiences that support business development and brand visibility.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and governance across websites, blogs, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital media, marketing technology, marketing operations, or related field; 5+ years in digital marketing.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 9 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketing tech.
• Proven experience leading digital platforms, SEO strategy and vendor relationships.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals; manage workload and career growth.
• Partner with Content and BD teams to implement digital marketing strategies and support business development.
• Oversee digital channels (web, email, social) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Manage platforms and governance, ensure brand standards, accessibility and quality across assets.
