Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Manager of Digital Marketing to lead day-to-day execution and optimization of the firm’s digital programs. You will manage a team and coordinate with marketing, BD, lawyers, and tech partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with firm standards.

The role drives strategy across websites, blogs, and campaigns, ensuring governance, accessibility and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital media, marketing technology, marketing operations, or a related field and five+ years of relevant experience in the field.
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, nine years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web management, or marketing technology.
Demonstrated experience leading digital platforms, SEO strategy and vendor relationships.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members with people leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals and oversee workload prioritization.
Partner with Content and BD teams to implement digital strategies supporting business development and brand visibility.
Oversee digital platforms, campaigns, and analytics to drive optimization and reporting.
