PennEngineering seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our corporate marketing digital programs from Danboro, PA, in a hybrid role. You will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions across paid and organic channels, with a focus on ABM, SEO, and marketing automation.

You’ll partner with IT, analytics, and the Content & Campaign Specialist to deliver a cohesive brand experience and measurable ROI across PennEngineering brands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing digital marketing programs in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic/display; knowledge of 6sense or ABM tools.
• Experience managing agency or freelance partners against defined scope and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of SEO/AEO fundamentals to brief/evaluate agency work.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing analytics.

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain the digital marketing strategy across all brands.
• Own paid media and foundational digital execution across Google/Search, Google/Display.
• Manage SEO/AEO agency scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs, funnel performance, and ROI.
• Lead the Content & Campaign Specialist and coordinate with IT/web and Analytics teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
