Job summary

PDi Communication Systems, Inc. is seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to drive demand, optimize SEO/AEO, and manage analytical media buying. You’ll craft authentic brand content and nurture campaigns to turn interest into qualified sales pipelines.

You will collaborate with inside sales and product teams, build weekly email campaigns in HubSpot, and oversee paid campaigns on Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn to improve CPA and ROAS. Hybrid role in Springboro, OH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent writing and research abilities.
• Strong understanding of search optimization and AI-driven content.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Write 1–2 high-leverage blog posts per month optimized for AI and features.
• Develop a quarterly core campaign asset with end-to-end conversion path.
• Monitor organic visibility and maintain brand authority across search engines.
• Build and deploy weekly email campaigns and automated lead-nurturing workflows in HubSpot.
• Architect, manage and optimize daily B2B PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn; monitor CPA/ROAS.
