Tyson Foods is seeking a strategic, consumer-centered digital marketer to translate enterprise digital priorities into connected experiences across the consumer journey. This role will lead major workstreams across CRM, owned digital experiences and digital marketing activation, turning strategy into coordinated plans that strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as a senior cross-functional partner to Brand Marketing, IT, E-commerce, Data & Analytics and Digital Operations. This person will lead complex initiatives, establish operating rhythms, guide agency & internal partners, and coach more junior team members. This position sits full time onsite at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas.
Lead the development and activation of consumer journey strategies for priority brands, audiences or occasions. Translate the CRM roadmap into lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and loyalty. Guide audience segmentation, personalization, contact strategy and test-and-learn plans. Partner with Data & Analytics and IT on first-party data use, measurement, governance and platform enablement.
Lead roadmaps for assigned brand websites and owned digital experiences, aligning consumer needs, brand priorities, SEO and conversion goals. Guide content strategy, user experience improvements, content governance and performance optimization. Identify portfolio-wide opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency and reuse across owned platforms.
Develop integrated digital activation plans across CRM, websites, email, social and online advertising. Lead quarterly and annual planning for assigned priorities, ensuring channel roles, audiences, content needs, timing and measurement are connected. Turn consumer, cultural, competitive and performance insights into optimization recommendations and scalable pilots. Evaluate emerging AI-enabled marketing and commerce capabilities and recommend practical applications.
Lead high-visibility cross-functional initiatives and agency workstreams from brief through measurement. Influence stakeholders, resolve dependencies and communicate recommendations to senior leaders. Coach Manager and Associate Manager talent and help strengthen digital capability across Marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, CRM, consumer experience or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience activating consumer journey, CRM, segmentation and personalization strategies. Experience leading owned digital experiences, website content strategy and performance optimization. Strong strategic and analytical judgment, with the ability to translate insights into clear action plans. Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation and team-coaching skills.
Preferred: Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail or another high-volume consumer business. Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology and content platforms; Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Workfront experience is a plus. Experience applying AI-enabled tools to marketing workflows, content or consumer experiences.
