American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Data Analyst to advance measurement strategy and performance insights for Amfam.com and related digital experiences. You will leverage GA4 and other analytics to inform decisions, optimize customer journeys, and drive measurable outcomes.

The role is a flex office/home position, requiring a minimum of 10 days per month in Boston, MA or Madison, WI. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital analytics across web and marketing channels.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in GA4: implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Analyze digital performance: traffic, engagement, lead gen, conversions.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver performance analyses and reports.
• Own and optimize Amfam.com's measurement framework and tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy and explain performance drivers and trends.
• Work with marketing, product, IT, data engineering, and leadership on results.
• Develop, test, and deploy automated reporting and analytics solutions.
• Assist with additional projects based on skills and experience.
