Job summary
CVS Health, within the Signify Health team, seeks a dynamic Product Manager to drive interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for its data platform. You will define the product vision for bi-directional data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA to connect internal products with EMRs and HIEs, while building scalable reporting for health plan clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4+ years in product roles focused on data products or platforms.
- Healthcare technology experience.
- Familiarity with interoperability and data formats such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform.
- Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange with EMRs and HIEs.
- Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams, and legal; engage with clients.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients.
