Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to join Signify Health and drive interoperability for our data platform. You will define the bi-directional data exchange roadmap using FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA to connect internal products with EMRs and HIEs, while delivering scalable reporting for health plan clients.

You will collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical and legal teams, report to the Lead Director, Data Product, and help move care forward with a secure, scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in product roles with 4+ years in data products or platforms.
• Healthcare technology experience with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange.
• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for data platform.
