Talent With Heart in Syracuse is seeking an Senior Electrical Engineer – Digital Hardware to pioneer digital hardware development for cutting-edge DoD sensing technologies. You will design multi-layer PCBs, create schematics, and support board layout while architecting FPGA solutions on modern Xilinx platforms.

Join a cross-functional team to drive hardware integration, testing, and production support, and develop automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of digital hardware design experience.
• Experience with FPGAs, microcontrollers, memory, and high-speed interfaces.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of advanced digital hardware for next-gen products.
• Design multi-layer PCBs, develop schematics, and support board layout.
• Architect and develop FPGA solutions using VHDL and Verilog on Xilinx platforms.
• Perform hardware integration, testing, validation, and production support.
• Develop Python and Bash scripts to automate engineering workflows.
